The greenhouse is a perfect photo location in almost any weather. The inside is 12ft x 16ft with 9ft walls (higher in the center) and a red brick floor.
What you need to know:
- There are 3 parking spots available – please do not park anywhere else or plan to bring more than 3 vehicles.
- The greenhouse is located at our home in a residential neighborhood.
- The greenhouse is rented as is. We cannot guarantee the availability of lights or furniture that have not been reserved and paid for in advance nor can we guarantee that they will be removed from the space. The same applies to plants and flowers.
- There are no dressing rooms or restrooms available.
- The ground can be uneven and bricks are a potential trip hazard. The glass pane walls are annealed (not tempered) so touching or leaning them can result in injury.
- Set up/tear down time is included in your rental time. Please reserve the time you need from pulling into the parking spot to driving away.
- Please take all trash with you and arrive/depart on time.

F.A.Q.
Hourly rentals do not include access to electric. Please contact us to inquire about your event’s needs.
No. If we are home, there is a possibility we can open our home in case of emergency. For events, we recommend renting portable restrooms.
We cannot extend your rental. Please prepare your clients in advance to communicate the duration of their session.
Yes! Pets are allowed at their owners liability. Please clean up after them.
Our appointments are made rain or shine – you’ll be dry in the greenhouse. In case of extreme temperatures, dangerous storms or unforeseen circumstances like illnesses, we offer one reschedule to an available time within 30 days of the original date booked.
